For hygiene reason, our breastfeeding accessories including the Arden Bra / Rose Bra / HotMilk Breast Pads / Mummasil / BodyIce / Feeding Friend / Nursicare / MilkDrop, are unable to be returned if you change your mind.
Pumping Bras - If you are looking to exchange your Pumping Bra for another size, the garment must be in its original condition with swing tag attached, packaging included and must be unworn and unwashed - in the interests of hygiene, we may refuse the exchange of an item where it is not resalable (ie, if the garment has been worn or is soiled).
To organise a size exchange of your bra, please email email@example.com and please include your order number and size/colour exchange preference. Notification of your exchange request must be made by you to us within 7 days of receipt of the order.
In the unlikely event that one of our products or garments is faulty, please email details and photos in the first instance to firstname.lastname@example.org and please include your order number. Notification of the fault must be made by you to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Upon acceptance of your faulty item, we are happy to offer you a replacement in the first instance.
