Subscription Customer Information

Our monthly food subscriptions are a super easy way to get your monthly supply of our lactation foods at a terrific price.

Just sign up by choosing from 12 different combinations and let us do the rest! Your monthly supply will be sent on the sign-up date of your order and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription and any time free of charge – that means no lock in contracts or cancellation fees EVER). 

You can also change your subscription configuration choice at any time.

Recurring payments will be deducted from your chosen credit/debit card every 30 days.

Subscriptions are renewed at 12pm AEST on your designated renewal date, so any modification to your subscription must be made before this date and time.

What is in my Boobie Foods® Monthly Subscription?

You can choose from a dozen different food combinations depending of your flavour preference and dietary requirements.

You can choose just Bikkies or Brekkie, or both. You can choose one single flavour or mix it up - the choice is yours.

By subscribing to a monthly order, you only pay $100.00 INCLUSIVE of standard shipping – SAVING a total of $24.75.

Subscription Payments

We take credit/debit card payments using Shopify payments. 

Do I need a Customer Account to purchase a Subscription?

You don't need a customer account to purchase a Subscription. When you start your subscription, you will receive a Confirmation Email with a unique link to manage your subscription. A day before your subscription renews, you will receive a Reminder Email with the same link. 

When you click this link, you will be able to view your Subscription details and change the configuration, pause, skip or cancel the Subscription.

Can I change my flavour combinations?

Of course!! Simply click the link in the Subscription Confirmation or Reminder emails to access your Subscription and make changes.

The confirmation email is sent out when you first order your Subscription, and the reminder email is sent a day before each Subscription renewal. If you can't find these emails, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

How do you ship out my subscription?

We use both Australia Post and various couriers to deliver your subscription depending on your location. When your monthly order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification advising you that your items are on their way and you will be provided with a tracking number. You can also choose between regular and express delivery.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Simply click the link in the Subscription Confirmation or Reminder emails to access your Subscription and cancel it.
