Our monthly food subscriptions are a super easy way to get your monthly supply of our foods at a terrific price.

Your monthly supply will be sent on the sign-up date of your order and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription and any time free of charge – that means no lock in contracts or cancellation fees EVER (the only condition is that you cancel no later than 3-working days before your next dispatch date is due).
Recurring payments will be deducted from your chosen credit/debit card every 30 days (unless cancelled 3-working days before next dispatch date).
You can choose from a dozen different food combinations depending of your flavour preference and dietary requirements.

By subscribing to a monthly order, you only pay $110.00AUD INCLUDING shipping – SAVING a total of $24.75.
We take credit/debit card payments using Braintree. In order to take a recurring subscription payment your payment details need to be saved on Braintree’s secure servers.
A corresponding token is saved on the Boobie Bikkies website in your customer account, and each month at the time the subscription payment is taken, the token is matched with your payment details on the Braintree server.
If you do not have a customer account on the Boobie Bikkies website, you will have the option to create a customer account at the time of checkout. Whilst you can purchase a Subscription and checkout as a Guest, without creating a customer account, we recommend creating a customer account so you are able to change your subscription flavour options and cancel your subscription at any time.
To ensure your second and subsequent subscription cycles are billed correctly, please see that the ‘Save this card for future use’ on the Checkout page remain checked.
After your successful payment at the Checkout, you will be able to view your Customer account and see the details of your subscription, and view the saved Credit Card or Paypal account information.
Please note: no credit card details are saved on the Boobie Foods web server at any time.
While you are able to purchase a Subscription and use Guest Checkout, we highly recommend you create a Customer Account when checking out, or log into your existing Customer Account. This will allow you to change your subscription flavour combination and cancel your subscription at any time from within your customer account. If you purchase your Subscription using the Guest Checkout, you will need to contact us to change your flavour combination or cancel your subscription.
Of course!! Simply log in to your Boobie Bikkies account and make the change yourself. Otherwise email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know of your change and we can arrange that for you (we just need to know no later than 3-days before your next dispatch date).
We use both Australia Post and various couriers to deliver your subscription depending on your location. When your monthly order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification advising you that your items are on their way and you will be provided with a tracking number. You can also choose between regular and express delivery.
You can also cancel your subscription through your customer account. Simply log in, click 'My Subscriptions' from the side menu, click 'Edit' next to your subscription, and click 'Cancel' near the bottom of the page. If you purchased your Subscription using Guest Checkout, you will need to email us to cancel your subscription.

Typically, subscriptions are automatically suspended when payment could not be taken for the next billing cycle. The website will automatically attempt to re-charge your card within 24 hours, so please ensure there are enough funds for the payment to be taken. If your subscription was suspended after the initial cycle, you may not have kept the checkbox that saves your payment details checked, in which case you will have to re-subscribe. If you feel your subscription was suspended and none of these situations apply to you, please contact us on email@example.com or call us on 0490 205 761.
We have experienced an issue with subscriptions unexpectedly cancelling. If you happne to receive an email to say your subscription was cancelled, but you did not intend to cancel, you can simply log into your customer account, click 'My Subscriptions' and re-activate your subscription. Otherwise, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0490 205 761. and we can re-activate your subscription for you.
