Created by International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Pinky McKay, alongside a team of dieticians, food scientists and nutrition professionals, our award-winning bikkies contain galactagogues – ingredients used for centuries to support a healthy milk supply.
And because we know that everything you eat will be passed to your baby through your breast milk, our bikkies contain no preservatives or additives – just natural and nourishing ingredients.
Each Boobie Bikkie is individually wrapped for maximum freshness, so you can pop some in your nappy bag for an easy and nutritious on-the-go snack.

Vanilla
The flavour of vanilla is sweet and lovely, with a gorgeous aroma and floral hints and babies love it too. Did you know, that studies have shown that babies suckle longer and obtain more milk when milk is vanilla flavoured? The flavour of your breastmilk does change depending on the foods and spices that you eat.
Orange & Cinnamon
Cinnamon is commonly used in Brazil and Peru in foods to promote lactation. Babies are also said to love the taste so it may encourage effective breast emptying, which can then stimulate milk production (the more milk you remove, the more milk your body will be signalled to make).
We have ensured that the cinnamon flavour is gorgeous but subtle. You may be caught smelling your bikkies while you eat them because they smell so good!
Coconut, Date & Seed (Gluten, Dairy & Soy Free)
We have specifically crafted our Coconut, Date & Seed Boobie Bikkies to support breastfeeding mothers and their babies who may have allergies or sensitivities to dairy products or gluten.
Our Coconut, Date & Seed Boobie Bikkies have been lab tested to ensure no traces of gluten have been detected, so you can be sure that you are eating a delicious snack while controlling your exposure to your sensitivities.
FAQs
Q: How long do they last?
A: We don’t use any additives or preservatives in Boobie Bikkies. Each cookie is individually wrapped inside the box to maintain maximum freshness. Best before date is 6 months from date of baking. Please store your bikkies in a cool place to maintain optimal freshness. We recommend you purchase your bikkies closer to the date in which you intend to consume them.

Q: How many Boobie Bikkies should I eat?
A: Serving suggestion is 2 per day. This could be a combination of Bikkies and/or Brekkie. Most women eat one or two Boobie Bikkies a day, others eat more and some women eat one serve of Bikkie/Brekkie just on busy days. Boobie Bikkies are individually wrapped so will stay fresh once the pack has been opened.
Our Ingredients
Although we are not revealing our recipe and baking processes for our foods, we are aware that as a breastfeeding mother you care about your own diet and what nutrients you will be passing through your milk to your baby. Also, because individuals may be affected by various foods if there is a history of allergies, we want to share what’s in our foods, so you can decide if they are appropriate for you or somebody you care about. As a nourishing snack, an analysis (Victoria University, Melbourne 2020), found that our Boobie Foods can be a helpful nutritional complement to a healthy balanced diet. Boobie Bikkies supply Folate (8% RDI), Iron (8.7% RDI in a single gluten free biscuit), Magnesium (10.7% RDI per biscuit) and Phosphorous (7.6% RDI). Based on a recommended serving of two biscuits a day, Boobie Bikkies meet the RDI for Thiamine(B1) and Niacin(B2). Our Gluten free bikkies are a good source of Vitamin E (9.2mg in two biscuits, with the RDI stated as 10mg per day) and our Orange and Vanilla Boobie Bikkies are a good source of Folate. Vitamin E is particularly high in our Gluten Free biscuits (9.2mg in two biscuits, with the RDI stated as 10mg per day).
Because we know that everything mothers eat will be passed to their baby through breast milk, Boobie Bikkies® are made from only natural ingredients with no preservatives, additives or ‘unhelpful’ foods such as chocolate (which may cause unsettled behaviour) that can pass through your milk. Breastfeeding burns 500 or more calories a day!! Breastfeeding mums can get very hungry!
What's in our Boobie Bikkies?
Our ‘traditional’ Boobie Bikkies® are made with oats, wholemeal flour, raw sugar, free range eggs, organic flaxseed, Brewer’s Yeast, sunflower oil and butter.
Note: although dairy protein can cause some babies to become unsettled, butter is fat rather than protein, so unless there is a family history of dairy allergies, butter is usually not a problem and, unlike margarine, does not contain any artificial additives. Due to popular demand and wonderful feedback from breastfeeding mums about our ‘traditional’ Boobie Bikkies®, we carefully researched and sourced the finest and safest natural ingredients to bring you our Coconut, Date & Seed Boobie Bikkies® which are Gluten, Dairy and Soy Free . These are a nourishing snack for breastfeeding mothers if they and/or their babies have allergies or sensitivities to dairy products,Soy or gluten. These bikkies are also Halal friendly (not certified).
Ingredients include: Gluten Free Plain Flour, Organic Quinoa Flakes,Organic Coconut Butter/Coconut Oil, Grated and Dessicated Coconut, Free Range Eggs, Dates, Sesame Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas), Sunflower Seeds, Flaxseed Meal.
Allergy advice: contains egg and sesame seeds. May contain traces of pip/shell and/or fragments from dates.

Boobie Bikkies®, Boobie Brekkie®, Boobie Broth®, Boobie Tea® and Qiara are consumable items and therefore for health and safety reasons we cannot offer a refund or an exchange for change of mind.
For hygiene reason, our breastfeeding accessories including the Arden Bra / Rose Bra / HotMilk Breast Pads / Mummasil / BodyIce / Feeding Friend / Nursicare / MilkDrop, are unable to be returned if you change your mind.
Exchanges:
Pumping Bras - If you are looking to exchange your Pumping Bra for another size, the garment must be in its original condition with swing tag attached, packaging included and must be unworn and unwashed - in the interests of hygiene, we may refuse the exchange of an item where it is not resalable (ie, if the garment has been worn or is soiled).
To organise a size exchange of your bra, please email hello@boobiebikkies.com.au and please include your order number and size/colour exchange preference. Notification of your exchange request must be made by you to us within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Faults:
In the unlikely event that one of our products or garments is faulty, please email details and photos in the first instance to hello@boobiebikkies.com.au and please include your order number. Notification of the fault must be made by you to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. Upon acceptance of your faulty item, we are happy to offer you a replacement in the first instance.
